Philippines brewer San Miguel Corp has said it is in talks with US meat processor Hormel Foods regarding a possible food processing joint venture in Vietnam.
San Miguel said the two companies have been discussing the establishment of a processed meat plant in Vietnam but no definite agreement has been reached, reported Agence France Presse.
The two companies already operate a meat processing joint venture in the Philippines called Purefoods Hormel.
