The bank will buy the additional stakes from Poland’s Bank Handlowy (31.1%) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (22.9%) respectively. Bank Handlowy is a subsidiary of Citibank of the US.


“The transactions performed by the Bank of America confirm its support of the restructuring and development process of the company,” Hortex said.
