Part of a rat leg and rat hair turned up in a hamburger purchased at a hospital cafeteria, according to a report by the Lusa news agency. The Portuguese woman who made the disturbing discovery was an employee of the state-run hospital in Leiria. She has filed a complaint with local health authorities.
