Post Holdings’ arm Attune Foods is expanding its Peace Cereals brand into the US granola category with five non-GMO granolas.

The company said it is launching GMO-free coconut craze granola, honey flax granola, French vanilla granola, maple pecan granola, as well as fruit, seed & nut muesli.

In addition, Post is rolling out two cereals under the Peace brand: purple corn flakes and raisin bran. These new cereals are certified organic by the US Department of Agriculture.

“At the core of Peace Cereal is our commitment to making great tasting and nutritious breakfast offerings to start off everyone’s morning,” said Rob Goluba, Attune Foods’ director of marketing. “We saw the growing trend in the granola subcategory and ingredients such as purple corn and coconut that we wanted to get in front of our consumers. We’re confident these new flavours will provide our valued consumers with a tasty breakfast they will feel good about eating… and look forward to having every day.”

The new cereals are available in natural and traditional grocers nationwide for a retail price range of US$3.99 to $4.99.
