Edible oil producer Bunge Romania’s CEO Robert Arsene has resigned in a management feud after five years at the company.

Arsene said he resigned from the company, owned by US agriculture and food company Bunge, as a result of management differences, the Romanian News Digest reported.

He held the position of general director at Bunge Romania for five years, and will be temporarily replaced by Gabriel Krapf, US Bunge’s regional director for Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary.
