The Prime-TASS News agency said that the US food group was planning on building a 30,000 tonne-capacity plant in the Sobinsky District of the Vladimir Region.


The report cited Vera Shamota, the regional government’s department director for foreign economic relations, who spoke at a news conference Tuesday.


She did not provide financial details or timelines for the construction.
