Seventh Continent is considering selling 25% of its shares on the London Stock Exchange in 2008, a source close to the situation has reportedly revealed.
According to the Russian Business Monitor, the 25% block of the Russian food retailer would be formed in equal proportions from shares currently held by Alexander Zanadvorov and Vladimir Gruzdev, who will retain just over 25% of the company each.
