Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods, Russia’s largest dairy manufacturer, has increased its stake in Obninsk Dairy Factory.
Wimm-Bill-Dann has raised its shareholding in the company from 66.33% to 96.45%.
Obninsk is the largest milk processing enterprise in the Kaluga region. The move, Wimm-Bill-Dann said, is in line with its strategy of acquiring successful market leading companies.
