Russian juice and dairy products maker Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods has announced that its chief financial officer, Vladimir Preobrajenski, will be leaving the company at the end of his three year contract by mutual agreement.

Preobrajesnki joined Wimm-Bill-Dann in 2002 straight after the company’s IPO on New York Stock Exchange. The company said that over the last three years he has helped Wimm-Bill-Dann build up and develop the finance department and enhance cost control mechanisms.


Wimm-Bill-Dann said Preobrajesnki will continue in his role until a new finance director is appointed.
