All Joy Foods shareholders have voted in favour of proposals to change the company’s name to AH-Vest Limited.
In a statement to the Johannesburg stock exchange, the company said that the name-change was approved at the general meeting of shareholders on Monday (8 December).
The special resolution to change the company’s name will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration “in due course”, the South African source manufacturer said.
