Lotte Shopping Company said today (16 March) that it will invest KRW80bn (US$84.62m) in the acquisition 14 mid-sized stores from regional retailer Big Mart.
The stores, located in South Korea’s Cholla province, generated revenues of KRW120bn last year, Lotte said in a filing with the Korean stock exchange.
