Spanish food giant Campofrío has revealed plans to divest its stakes in two companies; Argentina’s Campo Austral and Agrocarne of the Dominican Republic.
According to local newspaper Expansion, Campofrío made provisions of €34.1m (US$30.1m) in 2001 to cover any capital losses derived from the sales.
