SOS, which snapped the Bertolli olive oil business from Unilevr last July, has signed an agreement with UK importer and distributor R.H. Amar & Co.


The deal will go live next month and comes six months after R.H. Amar’s deal to distribute Filippo Berio olive oil ended by mutual agreement.


R. H. Amar chairman Henry Amar said: “For the world’s largest olive oil producer to entrust the world’s most famous olive oil brand to Britain’s leading olive oil distributor is the most exciting prospect.”
