Swedish grocery retailer ICA has said it has sold 13 stores in Denmark to Danish grocery retailer Dagrofa.

The stores being transferred are situated near Copenhagen. The terms of the deal, which is subject to Danish competition approval, were not disclosed, reported Dow Jones International News.
ICA is a joint venture between Dutch retail giant Ahold, ICA Förbundet Invest and Canica.
