Swedish retailer Axfood has appointed Anders Agerberg to serve as acting president of the company’s logistics unit, Dagab.
Agerberg, who was formerly vice president and head of logistics at Dagab, will assume his new position today (18 February).

He succeeds current president Benny Hast, who is leaving Axfood for “personal reasons”, the company said.
Agerberg has worked at Dagab since 1976 and has been a member of its management team since 1999.
He will become a member of Axfood’s executive committee.
