In a statement on the Swedish group’s website, the company said that the deal will enable Skanemejerier to sell low-lactose milk products, cheeses and food from its Proviva range on the Danish market.
The group also aims to develop new products in cooperation with Logismose, Skanemejerier.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
