Swiss dairy group Emmi has announced that its CEO Walter Huber is to leave the company.
Huber is set to take up an appointment as head of the industrial department at Swiss retail group Migros Genonssenschaftsbund next year.
Emmi said it greatly regretted Huber’s departure, and wished him success in his new role, adding that he had “made a considerable contribution to helping the group achieve its strategic objectives”. Walter had been Emmi’s CEO since 2004.
There was no announcement regarding Walter’s successor; the Emmi board said notification of this appointment would be provided “at the appropriate time”.
