Swiss chocolate manufacturer Barry Callebaut AG will this week release its sales and profit targets for the three-year period ending August 2008.

Callebaut has indicated that annual top-line growth will equal 3-5%, and EBIT will grow 8-10%, and will make a further announcement on Thursday (18 January).
The company extended its target period by one year, to 2007/08, in November.
