The Swiss dairy group Emmi AG has said it is confident of achieving its 10% annual sales growth target.

The company’s chief executive Walter Huber told the Swiss financial newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft that the company was on track to reach its target, thanks to “innovations and continuous expansion”.

Emmi, which recently completed its acquisition of the Italian dairy company Trentinalatte SpA, said the US and Italian markets had both contributed to solid sales growth.
