Turkish food firm Tat Gida has announced the takeover of local dairy firm Moova Gida in a TRL32.3m (US$15.2m) deal.
Tat Gida said the deal would serve to “strengthen” its portfolio of milk, dairy and cheese.
It has purchased the entire share of the business from fabric firm producer Soktas Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret.
This is the third deal Tat Gida has announced within two weeks.
At the end of June, the firm pressed forward with plans to exit the meat sector, selling its meat business to Namet Gida and offloading its stake in local livestock company Harranova.
