Confectioner Al Nassma hopes to begin exporting its camels’ milk chocolates to international markets, a spokesperson for the group confirmed today (21 July).

“This is something we see as highly beneficial to the company and we are in talks to establish relationships internationally,” the spokesperson said.

The Dubai-based group is eyeing growth in various Middle Eastern markets – including Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain – as well as the US and UK.

Al Nassma sells its products through luxury hotels and private airlines as well as its own store. It plans to open a second retail outlet in the UAE and launch a sales website, the spokesperson confirmed.

The company was founded last October by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.
