Cadbury Schweppes has reportedly switched production of its Cadbury Dairy Milk bar from the UK to France.

According to a report in the Daily Mirror, a small stamp on the back of its 250g bar’s purple wrapping reads “Made in France”.

The confectioner was forced to dump 250 tons of chocolate after its June salmonella scare, meaning bars are currently being produced at a plant in Blois, France.
