The company has recalled some of its Crunchy Toastcrumbs Oats Honey and Coconut cereal because the labelling on the products failed to mention that the cereal contained hazelnuts.

The affected batches, which were only on sale in Asda, are in 450g packages, with a best before date of February 2009 and batch codes of 14feb09, 15feb09, 16feb09 and 29feb09.

A spokesperson for Eat Natural said the relabelled cereals would be back on Asda shelves within the next seven days.

This month, Eat Natural launched four toasted mueslis, while the company is also introducing two “breakfast on the go” bars next month.
