EggsBenefit, an innovative new business venture set-up by a former Vice President of Diageo, Howard Prince-Wright, is a totally independent and unique on-line ordering system which brings caterers – restaurants, bars, hotels – and suppliers together on the Internet to run their businesses more efficiently and profitably.

The company has selected mySAP.com to support its growth as it consolidates its first mover advantage. Following a six month pilot EggsBenfit recognised the need to base its business on a robust eBusiness platform that could support expansion and further development of the service. EggsBenefit chose mySAP.com because it combined the latest Internet technology solutions with a deep understanding of the importance of integration with existing enterprise systems. EggsBenefit have partnered with Novasoft, a leading SAP logo partner, to implement and host the system.

The mySAP.com solution will allow buyers to place a single order for all their food and drink requirements through a simple, easy-to-use, browser interface. EggsBenefit processes this order, automatically forwarding it to the relevant suppliers saving time, reducing errors and increasing efficiency. With mySAP.com EggsBenefit can fully integrate its web-based e-procurement system with customers’ existing purchasing, accounts payable, inventory, sales order processing and accounts receivable systems to further reduce re-keying of data and to accelerate efficiency
