UK-based Duchy Originals has named former Cadbury Schweppes executive Andrew Baker as its new chief executive.
Duchy Originals, the natural and organic food firm, said today (24 September) that Baker would replace Belinda Gooding as CEO. Gooding stepped down from the role earlier this month.
Baker was MD for Cadbury’s business in Africa, the Middle East and Turkey. Duchy Originals chairman Andrew Cosslett said Baker would bring “a wealth of experience” to the business.
“He has a proven track record in achieving profit growth and will be a fantastic asset to the Duchy Originals team,” Cosslett said.
Baker added: “I am delighted to be joining the business and look forward to working with the team to take it forward on the next stage of its development both in the UK and internationally.”
