Heinz is extending its baby food ranges with the addition of new recipes and the reformulation of established products to include prebiotics and enhanced vitamin and mineral content.


New Peach Yoghurt and Baby Rice & Banana recipes will be added to the Heinz Breakfast and First Food lines. New packaging has also been adopted to reflect these nutritional enhancements. Heinz’s Farley’s Rusks and Cereals’ will also be relaunched with a new healthy formula.
 
“Farley’s Rusks and Cereals have been used by a generation of mums and are still firm favourites for the weaning stage of their baby’s development. The baby food market currently offers mums a limited choice in nutritionally enhanced varieties, so we’re confident that Farley’s improved recipes will give mums what they need while growing Heinz’s share of the market,” says Nicola Savage, marketing manager, Heinz Baby Food.  “The new colourful and fresh pack design for Farley’s Cereals and Rusks will help mums decide which recipe is right for their baby.”
