Heinz is set to launch bigger Weight Watchers frozen ready meals in the UK.

The ‘Even More’ range includes two flavours: chicken in white wine sauce with tagliatelle and green beans and beef in peppercorn sauce with diced potatoes, sweetcorn and peppers, available in 380g packs compared to the original 300g to 330g packs. Each meal has 9 ProPoints and includes a side portion of vegetables.

The company said it launched the range “to cater for growing consumer needs”.

Sarah Davies, Weight Watchers brand manager, said: “We have invested in this new frozen ready meal range in response to the growing demand for convenient meals that can be cooked quickly.

The ‘Even More’ range will be available from mid-October at major retailers for GBP2.79 (US$4.37) each.
