Heinz has recalled a batch of baby food in the UK due to the possibility of plastic being contained in the product.
The Food Standards Agency said Heinz Mum’s Own Spaghetti Bolognese had been pulled over fears the plastic could cause choking.
Product recall notices will appear in the national press today (23 July) and point-of-sale notices will also be displayed in stores that stock the affected product.
Heinz said that it is offering consumers who return the product a full refund.
