He left United Biscuits at the end of January 2000 to pursue supply chain e-business opportunities in the food & beverage industry. Prior to joining United Biscuits he enjoyed a highly successful twelve year career in the cocoa trade in general management and, commercial and operational roles with JH Rayner, ED&F Man and Gill & Duffus.
