Wilson Storey Halliday Group is expecting annual revenue of £25m and its owners are optimistic about the potential for further growth.

Because of increased consolidation within the market, the public is crying out for independent caterers, explained Alastair Storey, who created Wilson Storey at the beginning of this year with a former colleague at Granada Food Services, Keith Wilson.
