Alice Avis, marketing director of UK food and clothing retailer Marks & Spencer, has reportedly resigned from the company.
Newspaper reports suggest Avis was unhappy with some recent management changes at the company, reported The Grocer.
Marks & Spencer, which recently rejected a takeover bid by retail entrepreneur Philip Green, is already searching for someone to head up its food division, following the move of Maurice Helfgott to the company’s clothing division.
