Garlic butter maker Markus Products has appointed Claire Goulding as product development manager to lead the company’s development team in the creation of new products for retail and foodservice.

Markus said the appointment of Goulding, who has a product development background with Oscar Mayer and Geest, was in response to increasing demand for new product development.
