UK: McCain expands Signature range

McCain Foods is expanding its Signatures range in the UK to include two additional products.

Signatures ‘Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Wedges’ and ‘Caramelised Onion & Thyme Dice’ can be deep fried or oven cooked and are available to caterers across the UK.

Adrian Greaves, McCain foodservice associate director, said: “McCain Signatures’ recent consumer survey shows that nearly half of respondents are frustrated with a lack of variety when eating out.”

The Signatures range also includes Brewer’s Ridges, a chunky ridge cut potato in a crispy beer batter; Rosti, made with 100% ‘real’ potato, grated, seasoned and formed into round cakes.
