Morrisons has recalled some of its own label ham due to a labelling error, the UK supermarket group told just-food today (19 August).

The company withdrew some of its The Best Wiltshire breaded ham because it had been labelled with The Best Wiltshire cured ham labels. The breaded ham therefore contained undeclared breadcrumbs, which could pose a health risk to consumers with wheat and gluten allergies.

“It was a very limited recall over a labelling issue,” a spokesperson for the group told just-food.
