Swiss giant Nestlé is to be prosecuted for alleged safety breaches following the death of an employee at one of its confectionery factories.
Anthony Allen, an employee of contractor Monotronic, died at a Nestlé factory in Hayes, Middlesex following an accident during which he was electrocuted.
Nestlé faces four charges and Monotronic three, reported the Guardian. Crown court proceedings are due to start next week.
