Mike Cassidy has been named as UK sales and marketing director. Cassidy joins from the Fisher Foods Group where his most recent role was business unit director for Fisher’s chilled and frozen Asda business.
Cassidy’s team at Pinguin includes, Nich Reah as senior national accounts manager, Robert Taylor as national accounts manager, Stuart Robinson as marketing manager, Nicola Jackling as product development manager and Keith Crick as customer technical manager.
In additional to Cassidy there are two other directors within the UK division. Colin Taylor is responsible for the factories and procurement as UK operations director and Trevor Harvey is interim UK finance director.
