The company’s tea business includes Typhoo, London Fruit & Herb, Lift and other associated brands.
Premier Foods, whose food brands include Branston pickle, Loyd Grossman sauces, Sun-Pat peanut butter, and Crosse and Blackwell sauces, said a further announcement will be made in due course.
