UK food manufacturer Premier Foods has confirmed that it is in discussions with an interested party which may or may not lead to the sale of its tea business.
The company’s tea business includes Typhoo, London Fruit & Herb, Lift and other associated brands.
Premier Foods, whose food brands include Branston pickle, Loyd Grossman sauces, Sun-Pat peanut butter, and Crosse and Blackwell sauces, said a further announcement will be made in due course.
