“The company has drawn on popular recipes for the range [and] the unique flavours will be the strength of the products,” a spokesperson for Princes said.
Princes, which produces Branston under licence, said it hopes to inject “renewed growth” in the bean category through the launches. A spokesperson for the company told just-food that “trial and purchase” will be “key to securing new customers”.
Striking a more traditional note, Princes also revealed it will extend its Branston beans line with the introduction of a family pack.
The spokesperson revealed that Princes has already secured listings at Sainsbury’s.
