UK organic dairy group Rachel’s Organic has appointed Kerry Boyd as general manager of its dairy operations.
Boyd, who will be based at the company’s Aberystwyth dairy site, joins Rachel’s following a 15-year career in the food industry. Most recently, he served as production director at high street cafe chain E.A.T.
Speaking about his new role, Boyd said: “Rachel’s has certainly got what it takes to become a really big player in the CYD industry – the potential of the brand is second to none. Rachel’s has seen phenomenal growth year on year, which I feel is only set to continue and I am excited to be a part of this.”
