UK supermarket chain Safeway is to launch two new ‘healthy-eating’ lines: a 70-product children’s food line and a vitamins and minerals range.
The two new ranges, together with the existing Eat Smart range and Vegetarian range, will be sold under the ‘Try a healthier way’ tagline, reported Marketing.
The new children’s food range, called ‘I’d like’, will follow nutritional guidelines and contain controlled fat, salt and sugar levels.
Safeway will also add more than 30 products to its Eat Smart range, and seven to its Vegetarian range.
