Schöller Ice Cream has announced the addition of three new products to its Erlenbacher pre-portioned cake range – a White Chocolate Fudge Cake, a Fruits of the Forest Torte and a Zebra Cheesecake.

The launch is scheduled in time for Christmas, Schöller said.
