UK supermarket giant Tesco is reportedly developing a new kind of shopping trolley that plays DVDs and games to entertain children while their parents are shopping.

The retailer is working on the Tantrum Tamer, which features an electronic screen, with trolley maker Wanzl, reported the Guardian. The screen will show DVDs and educational games for children sitting in trolley.
“Shopping trips can be a real problem for parents, especially during the summer holidays. But the supermarket can be a great place for children to learn all sorts of new things,” Tesco spokesman Jonathon Church was quoted as saying.
