UK specialist quiche manufacturer Thomas Food Group (TFG) has made two major appointments.
 
Steve Evans will join the company as operations director at the group’s Meadowbrook Bakery facility in Milton Keynes, developing new operational procedures. He joins TFG from Grampian Country Foods after a prior spell working at Manor Bakeries.
 
In addition, Damian Breckenridge joins TFG from seafood processor Macrae Food Group to manage the company’s key account with the UK’s fourth largest supermarket retailer, Morrisons. In a statement, TFG said Breckenridge has developed a good working relationship with Morrisons and will be involved in expanding the quiche business through organic growth and the launch of new products.
