UK salmon supplier The Scottish Salmon Co. said today (25 August) that it had achieved “record turnover and EBIT” in the second quarter of 2011.

Net operating revenue for Q2 totalled GBP31.7m (US$51.6m), a substantial rise from GBP19m in the same period last year. Profits for the quarter reached GBP8.5m, up from GBP5.5m a year earlier.
