Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant Unilever is adding a new flavour to its premium ice cream brand Ben & Jerry’s in the UK.


The new Dublin Mudslide ice cream contains Irish cream liqueur ice cream, with chocolate chip cookie pieces and a coffee fudge swirl.


Brand manager Philippa Marshall said the launch of the new flavour would be backed by a £2.5m (US$4.7m) marketing spend.
