UK convenience food group Uniq has asked interim chairman John Warren to take the job on a full-time basis, it was announced today (14 April).
Warren took a role as interim chairman last summer after Ross Warburton stepped down from the role.
Uniq, which announces its preliminary results tomorrow, said former Cadbury executive Matthew Litobarski would become its senior, non-executive director.
