UK whole foods specialist Whole Earth is launching a new soy-based, high-fibre snack under the brand name So Crispy.
The launch of So Crispy, which is gluten-free with no artificial additives, is part of a GBP1.5m (US$2.83m) investment at Whole Earth. The new snack comes in three flavours – Smoky Paprika, Italian Herb and Cheese, Chive & Onion – and will be available nationwide from June.
The launch is to be backed by a targeted advertising, PR and marketing campaign, the company said, as well as sampling during the summer at selected multiple retailers and on high streets.
“We believe that natural, healthy products can taste delicious! This is a unique soy-based snack,” says Clare Barber, brand manager for So Crispy. “which is low in fat and irresistibly moreish!”
