Recently-launched UK milk producer A2 Milk (UK) today (9 January) confirmed the appointment of Sean Uprichard as chief executive.
He starts the role next month after having spent the last four years at the helm of Suso Drinks, which produces a range of fruit-based soft drinks aimed at teenagers.

A2 Milk is a joint venture established in November by UK milk supplier Robert Wiseman Dairies and New Zealand’s A2 Corp. In the summer it will release a range of A2 milk products aimed at UK consumers who find milk hard to digest.
Before Suso, Uprichard was co-founder and general manager of Relentless Energy, an energy drink joint venture established by The Coca-Cola Co. and its bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises. He also filled senior sales and marketing roles with L’Oreal and Unilever.
Robert Wiseman, chairman of A2 Milk, said: “Sean’s experience working in brand marketing and sales, dealing with UK retailers and operating in a JV structure combined to make him the outstanding candidate for the role of CEO.”
