Wrigley has expanded its Extra confectionery range in the UK.
Extra Ice Mints will be available next month in Peppermint and Spearmint flavours and in a tin packaging format.
The launch will be supported by a marketing campaign including TV advertising, sponsorship of Channel 4’s Hollyoaks, consumer PR, in-store promotions, POS support and sampling.
“The Extra brand has a proven track-record of delivering category growth and we see the latest offering as a great way to capitalise on the consumer demand for premium confectionery products,” said Alexandra MacHutchon, corporate communications at Wrigley.
Extra Ice Mints will have an RRP of GBP0.97 (US$1.49) and contain 33 sugar free mints.
