The award-winning cheese, made from 100% Yorkshire cows’ milk, will appear in a selection of dishes on the latest menu at all 57 Slug and Lettuce outlets nationwide.
Katie Bell, marketing manager for Shepherds Purse, said the company was “delighted” with the contract win, its first with a bar chain, and hopes it will also boost the company’s retail sales.
